Three-star chef Gérald Passédat's bistronomic table, right in the heart of his prestigious seaside hotel in Endoume.
Right in the heart of the luxury setting that is the Petit Nice-Passédat in Endoume, brasserie Le 19-17 is the three-starred chef's bistronomic restaurant. The menu features a selection of starters and main courses, at affordable prices, for the pleasure of discovering all the talent and vista of chef Passédat. Enjoy lunch or dinner by the pool, with its breathtaking views. One of the most beautiful in the city. On the menu, the Mediterranean, again and again, highlighted by the chef and his team: tomato poutargue bruschetta; raw sea bass, arugula, lime; summer farcis... Needless to say, it's all high art.

Un parfum d’idéal
Over priced, especially charging €12 for a bottle of water.
It would have been helpful if there was more information and explanation of the food and where some of the seafood was sourced.
They only had the €110 menu for the rugby World Cup (and still had to pay extra for some dishes like the homard entrée and beef main). The bread was good. Some petit fours would have been nice, given the price. I think they might do a better value lunch during the week, but would check first.
