The important moment is the procession with Notre-Dame-de-la-Confession: A black virgin carved in a walnut wood, attached to this occasion in his beaux. On 2 February it was the arrival of the Gospel by the sea brought by the Merchant Navy students from 5 p. m., and then began the procession from the Dock of the Belgians to Saint-Victor, where the verts of the city will be blessed on the square. Then at 8 p. m., blessing at the Four des Shuttles. Then start the masses, which will follow hours and days until 9 February. It is customary to bring home not only a candle lit, but also a "shuttle".
