Among the many activities proposed by this centre (ju-jujitsu, Thai boxing, gym…), Roland Boudet teaches a method he himself imagined in 1989, between aikido and jiu-jujitsu, and called the tai shin shin-jiutsu (literally, this translates into: Energy, Esprit, Corps, Technical). Lessons of kick boxing are dispensed by Mr. Bartoloni. Finally, you will discover the shiatsu, a technique of ancestral reflexology, which consists of massages with pressure pressure of fingers along energy meridians.
