Villa Valmer, built in 1865, is well known to the young Marseille married who parade here every weekend to take photos of this unforgettable day in an enchanting setting. The seat of the National Merchant Navy School was then established until 1967 before ceding its place to that of the Marseille Town Planning Agency until 2002.
