Haven't tried the breads from Maison Saint-Honoré yet? Go there! Located in Endoume, this bread temple is making a name for itself. Some of Marseille's top chefs have already adopted it as their own. Try its pain de campagne, cranberry bread and bloomer bread... Pierre Ragot, an enterprising young Parisian, offers original recipes based on organic flour: focaccia with vegetable charcoal, pain de mie chocolaté or even pain de mie with a crust made from croissant scraps... It's magic!
