In a neighborhood orphaned by an excellent bakery that closed recently, T65 opened its doors in 2022 to offer neighbors and visitors excellent sourdough breads with natural ferments. Created by an enthusiast who grew up in the neighborhood, you'll find special breads and classics, with an emphasis on ancient flours. Sweet offerings include melt-in-the-mouth brioches, crusty raisin breads and special creations for the festive season and Epiphany. Gourmet sandwiches and focaccias.
