"Encore un morceau" is the story of a cry you might utter when tasting one of Sophie Lovergne's creations in her Endoume boutique. But above all, it's the beautiful story of a young woman from Montpellier, who lost her way in the capital before returning to the South of France, with a CAP in pastry-making and a passion firmly anchored within her. In her pretty, bluish boutique, you can sample her homemade pastries and sweets, including babkas, cookies and shortbread to die for. Choux pastries are also available for those with a sweet tooth. Sophie also offers workshops.
