LA LAITERIE MARSEILLAISE
Since January 2020, Marseille has had its own local dairy! It is to Audrey and Madeleine that we owe this initiative, two cheese enthusiasts who have made their ranges in the 4 corners of the country. The principle is simple and new: making cheese in the city. The milk is transported from local cooperatives and transformed into succulent cheeses and yoghurts in the laboratory overlooking the shop. A nice way to be able to buy in a (more than) short circuit. Taste and texture are at the rendezvous on the cow's side as well as on the ewe's or goat's side
