Brasserie with a large terrace offering bistro cuisine overlooking the sea and the port of Pointe Rouge.

The Rafael brasserie overlooks the lawns of La Vieille Chapelle from its beautiful terrace, offering a pleasant view of the sea, the Frioul islands and the port of the Pointe Rouge. It serves a bistro cuisine with a very complete menu. On that Friday, we enjoyed a home-made aioli, served with a nice piece of fresh fish, cockles, a soft-boiled egg and well-cooked vegetables. For dessert, a nice discovery was the orange blossom crème brûlée, a flavor so typical of Marseille. Otherwise, on the slate, sole meunière, beef tartar, red tuna tataki or even the house burger. Pleasant and dynamic service. Nice spot for a drink with a view too.

Excellent plats, on est pas sorti avec la faim. Petit moins, on a oublié de nous servir du pain. Sinon excellent et vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil le soir.

Plats bons et copieux avec tarif raisonnable (les linguine au Pesto, jambon cru et brousse sont délicieuses). Personnel très sympa. Seul défaut: la rue bruyante entre la mer (tres belle vue) et le restaurant

Sehr tolles Restaurant, wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Essen war traumhaft! Tartare am Tisch serviert und das Tiramisu absolut zu empfehlen!
