BRASSERIE EMILE 1933
Restaurant a stone's throw from the Prado traffic circle, offering traditional bistro cuisine in a brasserie setting.
A brand-new address just a stone's throw from the Prado traffic circle. An elegant brasserie with a sumptuous decor, typical of a brasserie as one might imagine it. A restaurant and pub next door, opened by three partners and named in honor of one of their grandfathers. In the kitchen, the chef brings out the best in traditional bistro fare, such as boiled egg and mouillettes or parsleyed frogs' legs for starters, mashed sausage or sole meunière for the main course, before finishing with proposals such as tarte tatin, flan pâtissier or chocolate mousse. We also offer breakfast and, for the rest of the day, crêpes, waffles and ice creams.
