Creative cuisine, prepared by chef Jérôme Caprin, in a restaurant with a retro-futuristic atmosphere in Marseille.

Treat yourself to an exceptional moment in the restaurant of this unique historical monument. A retro-futuristic atmosphere cultivated with care and one of the best tables in the city. The cuisine offered is sophisticated, creative and innovative. Chef Jérôme Caprin, who worked in the kitchens of Chef Passédat, is a virtuoso. Starter idea: endives, orange, walnuts, blue siphon. For the main course, a declination of quail, melting potato, short juice. A unique taste experience.

Excellent cuisine but especially a surprising place on the 3rd floor of the glorious city with a very 1950s decor and views of the city
A great surprise.
The cuisine is a real discovery in flavours. Much research and reflection. A large kitchen in a historic place. An almost exotic very original flaring-smoked onion. An artist in Corbusier. For the trip offered by this chef, the price is reasonable.
I invited my husband for its anniversary, thinking of offering a pretty experience. We indeed like to try new restaurants mi gastro or gastro for occasions (the latest being Passédat Petit Nice: in top shape of the Cuisine). And what a disappointment! The place is legendary, but the decor is outdated and kitsch. Staff is not at all with the height: I found immediately a hair in my entrance, and call it to the waiter, it did not excuse himself and did not even say it in cuisine! The menu had some ideas including the Cream with herbs that was very good. But the cooking food and marriages of flavours are not very happy for a hotel of this standing. And, the bill (too) is very savoury compared to what you had in the dish. Not to remember moved, but a certain bitterness in mouth...
