The CAPEB (Confederation of Craft and Small Enterprises of the Building), the professional organisation of the craft craft industry, has as its function the representation of the sector of activity and is required as an essential actor of the defence, the promotion of know-how, information, training and advice to entrepreneurs. Several tools are available: a directory of members of the Confederation, available online, to allow individuals to contact directly the craftsman or the company they need to carry out their work; conversely, for members, there is the "Markets" service (which requires an identifier and access code), offering market offers, from individuals or professionals, who seek a craftsman for their work. Craftsmen will then be able to contact the applicant directly, and there will only be a choice! CAPEB may even intervene amicably in case of conflict. To be aware, if some would have doubts: the organization does not perceive a commission, it is completely neutral and assumes its mission with a great sense of service.
