LE GRAND PAVOIS BUILDING
A stunning 30-storey, 330-apartment building with a swimming pool, solarium and breathtaking views at the top.
Unbeatable as soon as you are in Rond-Point-du-Prado or around Chanot Park, this huge 30-storey building is the first skyscraper in Marseille, built in 1975. At a time when the city wants to acquire a skyline on the Joliette side, this massive building is a pioneer in this field. A surprising detail often unknown to neighbours, there is a swimming pool and a solarium at its top. The view is simply breathtaking but reserved for the lucky little ones staying among the 330 apartments of the tower. It was for a long time the highest tower in Marseille, reaching 102 metres, until the inauguration of the CMA-CGM tower in 2011.
