The MAC de Marseille houses a permanent collection in harmony with its temporary exhibitions
After a few years of much-needed work, the MAC reopened its doors in April 2023, presenting its new suit of lights, allowing a new presentation of the museum's rich collections. The buildings have been remodeled with a spectacular new hall and a huge rooftop of 300m2 that can accommodate 500 people. The museum has 2,700m2 of exhibition space, opening up a wide prism of visual and plastic investigations from the 1960s to the present day.
