SAINT-MICHEL-D'EAU-DOUCE CAVE
Hiking enthusiasts, natural sites and history, this place is made for you. In the heart of the Marseilleveyre massif, this cave is accessible after a walk in which you will need to be equipped with good shoes, will and water. Once, because of the presence of freshwater confirmed by stalagmites and stalactites, ermites moved near there. A small chapel with the name of Saint-Michel-d 'Eau-Douce was created. The ermitage was abandoned in the middle of the eighteenth century. Note that cut flint flint provides confirmation of prehistoric occupancy on site.
