LADIES' BATHING BEACH
A small cove-shaped cove that is well known (but not very well revealed) to the people of Marseilles and is mainly used by them. It is reached once you have passed the busy beaches of Pointe Rouge. No one arrived here by chance. The atmosphere is relaxed and safe. There are mainly thirty-somethings and an atmosphere that remains peaceful. At nightfall, during the summer, aperitifs are organised in the cabanons (old shelters for local fishermen) just above. The natural site is beautiful and the water is clear. An ideal beach to live like a local, at sunset or in the early morning when bathers are still scarce.
