Beautiful table serving seasonal regional cuisine, local dishes and sea. In premium, a privileged panoramic view on the beautiful Sormiou calanque, full of romanticism at the time of the sunset. Local specialties with a homemade bouillabaisse, many grilled fish and all sauces (saint-pierre, wolf, lotte, swordfish, gambas, swordfish…), some first-choice meat are also offered and served in the Provençal fashion, but also original desserts. To give you an idea: on entry a salad of rouget with raspberry vinegar followed by skewers of lotte at basil and then a cream burnt to lavender. Original and tasty.
