The chef's table is located in the 9th arrondissement, in La Rouvière. A place that is appreciated for its pleasant and airy setting, the attentive welcome and above all for the contemporary and fresh cuisine that is served there. Here the chef revisits the classics of French gastronomy by adding his creative touch, for a guaranteed gustatory rediscovery. Exceptional quality at a very affordable price, especially at lunchtime. No reason to deprive oneself, all the reasons in the world to treat oneself. A few ideas: butcher's piece, Szechuan pepper juice, tandoori poultry supreme and sweet potato mousseline. In terms of sweets, it's exceptional to see and taste.

J'y ai déjeuné en semaine au mois de mars. Sur leur site Web il est indiqué que la carte change tous les jours, il y a bien une liste de plats mais en réalité, elle n'est pas à jour. Un peu déçue j'ai opté pour une escalope de porc aux lentilles. Celles-ci étaient un peu fermes. Rien d'extraordinaire. Plat + dessert + un verre de vin rouge = 38 euros. Nous étions 4 à l'intérieur et nous avons subi les commentaires et plaisanteries du personnel qui parlait fort. Je n'y retournerai pas.
