Here, the chef revisits the classics of French gastronomy, adding his own touch of creativity for a guaranteed gustatory rediscovery. Exceptional quality at affordable prices, especially at lunchtime. No reason to deprive yourself, every reason in the world to indulge. Some ideas: butcher's cut with Sichuan pepper jus, tandoori chicken supreme and sweet potato mousseline. As for the sweets, they're exceptional to see and taste.
