SECOURS CATHOLIQUE
The Marseille diocese delegation is divided into three areas: north, south and east (from La Ciotat to Gréasque). The network is made up of some 500 volunteers, supported by 9 salaried employees, who bring the 19 drop-in centers to life. 4 of these are especially open to homeless people, migrants, prison leavers and sick people with no social security coverage. Secours catholique's charitable mission remains unchanged: to help people living in precarious conditions. Actions include: day centers, night buses, soup kitchens, street tours, socio-cultural activities in neighborhoods, tutoring and administrative support. In Aubagne, a solidarity store sells low-cost clothing and fashion accessories.
