Fabien Morreale, chef of Le Garage, another flagship restaurant in Martigues and former Top Chef finalist, has hit the nail on the head with this address overlooking the port. His products, straight from the Botte, delight our taste buds. And it all starts with the antipasti. On the menu, the great classics of Italian gastronomy, with quality and quantity, as it should be in Italy. As for pasta, made on the premises, please enjoy the traditional recipes... not forgetting risottos and lasagne. Prawns and meats a la plancha will delight all who try them. Bravissimo!
