Go there with confidence, it's a model reasonably priced establishment. Bertrand Roy's cuisine is one of those that waits for the seasons and respects a certain classicism. While the lunchtime menu is always interesting, Futé was seduced by the more elaborate à la carte menu. The gambas ravioli with shellfish cream and the fillet of beef with foie gras sauce were well executed. For dessert, the pastis crème brûlée added a touch of originality to the meal. Courteous service. Bonus: the chef goes from table to table to greet you!
