SALTNBOKA
Restaurant with small terrace offering fresh home cooking in Martigues.
Located in the Isle district, this restaurant, with its small terrace, overlooks the Galliffet canal, hence its name. Saltnboka will delight you with its home cooking: apple mille-feuille and black pudding from Mr. Trombotto, smoked salmon and pickled vegetables, sweetbread, mushroom and white onion puff pastry, foie gras mi-cuit with muscat apple jelly, or golden scallops with chorizo risotto for starters. Next up: hake back with olive and peanut crumble, beef fillet with potato amandine and mushrooms, cod back with fresh spinach fondue and shellfish marinière... Desserts are much simpler (sweet chestnut cake, prunes with wine and sweet spices, faisselle...). Very warm welcome.
