QUEI DOU TRAOU DOU MAST
Restaurant offering a cuisine based on quality products in Martigues.
It has a name unpronounceable (the old name of the wharf Toulmond in Provençal) but we love this restaurant for the freshness and quality of the products that are served. Not difficult will you say, Pascale, in the kitchen, is using himself directly in the fishing boats of his dad! So we have enjoyed every bite of this toasted wolf. a beautiful piece (here you don't pay by weight) served with a pick of zucchini and a pan of carrots. On the map also: salads, salty pancakes (including the "martégual caviar" with the poutargue or aumônière of St. Jacques), and duck breasts served in all sauces. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
