Mamma Mia, it's so good! Pinsa romana is a Roman version of pizza. It can be oval or rectangular in shape, but its main characteristic is its dough, which is made from a combination of flour (wheat, rice, soy). We particularly liked the Parma, but they're all tasty! As for Italian cuisine: pasta, carne, pesce or antipasti, you'll be spoilt for choice. And don't forget the generous desserts to round off a meal that will transport you to Italy for a few hours!
