A M for Mathias Henkème, master restaurant restaurant O Caprices Caprices restaurant in St-Rémy, and a J for Jules Culty, promising young chef. The two friends have just joined together to open this bistro on the vague wave. A reduced card, fresh and local products: This is just a few kilometres away from more touristic places. At the map you can enjoy a fillets pavé, creamy risotto in the bottle of bouillabaisse, fennel and candied lemon or a lamb of the Alpilles baked with soft fire and dishes packages… The formula of the day is very effective and you can only advise it! Impeccable service. And last detail that is important, the bread comes from the "baker-paysan" of the village (that he realises handcrafted with his own flour) and arrives still hot on the table…
