The establishment has been open for 53 years! It was, indeed, in 1964 that Zoélie Daura created this restaurant recognized by its peers. Today, Jean-François Richard is in charge of this famous house. He offers a local cuisine with emblematic dishes of yesteryear. On the menu: salad with codfish brandade donuts, marinated anchovies and grilled peppers with olive oil and basil, traditional beef stew creamy macaronis gratin, scallops fricassée with melted fennel and celery tarragon, prune candied with Grand-Marnier, broken coffee chocolate and its custard... A cuisine of our grandmothers as we like.
