AUBERGE L’OUSTALOUN * * *
Hotel with a nice surface with a restaurant with two well equipped rooms
Marielle and Thierry Fabregoul have been able to take advantage of this ancient 16th century abbey. The hotel has seven rooms decorated in the Provençal style with local furniture and boutis. A beautiful area with modern and functional bathroom, these rooms are a real good plan for the region. If you can, book the Justine or Eva room. The restaurant has two rooms for a capacity of about 40 people. One, vaulted with exposed stone walls, is particularly pleasant. As for the cuisine, the chef offers you local cuisine with a timbaline eggplant, coulis of red peppers; a stew of forest lamb crust or prawns, in risotto way with fennel.
