MONTAIGUET MOKA
It was in the burn shop in the Paris neighborhood where Romain lived that his passion for coffee was born; the old lady who ran the shop taught him how to roast, an artisanal and quasi-ancestral skill. The passion took over, Romain left Paris and his job as a computer scientist to settle in 2016 in the hills near Aix. In his workshop, bags of green coffee from organic origins, fair trade certified, pure origins, rare great vintages that come from small producers in Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Indonesia, Costa Rica are piled up; Romain roasts on Tuesday, the range is available in beans, ground or in capsules. Locker available 24 hours a day
