The years go on and they are all the same at the table of Mas du Capoun. Petit Futé has even decided to invest in a dictionary of synonyms! Because after wonderful, sublime, amazing or sensational, there's no more adjective that suits it! As you can well imagine, we love this place for its beautiful setting, its outstandingly kind and professional service and its cuisine that has nothing less than the other starred restaurants and displays more affordable prices. That evening, Petit Futé enjoyed the asparagus of Cavaillon and confit salmon, deviled egg and morel vinaigrette, the shin bone of lamb in a flaky pastry crust, the spring vegetable stew and the juice perfumed with rosemary and a toasted brioche, poached pear and gingerbread. We look forward being there next year!
