Ah, the smell of fresh bread as you enter this bakery... A delight! Vincent Mathieu puts all his talent into the making of his various breads, and has been doing so for 14 years! In fact, the people of Mouriès are not mistaken, and many of them push open the door. The sublime pastries are also an invitation to indulge... We're big fans of his babas. The owner, who is also a chocolatier, confectioner and ice-cream maker, can also create bespoke items for special occasions.
