Here, organic farming is a way of life anchored in the family culture. According to their "Nature et progrès" specifications, the vines and olive trees do not receive any chemical treatment, insecticide or herbicide, and this since 1975! A semi green manure and a compost of sheep manure constitute the soil amendment where copper and sulphur protect the vegetation. It's hard to imagine anything healthier. Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm; Sundays and holidays from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 5:30pm. Closed on Sundays from January to March. Direct purchase possible all year long through their e-shop on the website.

Nous ne sommes pas allé à la cave mais avons eu une bouteille de 2006 alors soit on y connaît rien soit ce vin rouge est imbuvable. C’est certes très agréable de donner une bouteille en récompense d’un test alcoolémie négatif mais une très mauvaise pub pour votre cave malheureusement.
