Located between Noves and Saint-Rémy (don't be afraid to take this little country road!), the Bournissac domain is a gastronomic stopover of choice. This top-of-the-range table, orchestrated by Christian Peyre, works with local products from its vegetable garden. It produces tasty and perfectly mastered dishes. And to prolong the pleasure, special and affordable formulas are offered: on Wednesdays, it's a trip around Italian cuisine, on Fridays, it's bouillabaisse. A real gourmet change of scenery.

Mobilier de jardin en décrépitude, accès au parking innacessible.
Repas : Nappe trouée, toile d'araignée, poussière.
Service sans présentation des plats.
Serveur pantalon taché.
Entrée boffff...
Plat agneau très gras.
Dessert un souflé retombé, nous l'avons signalé au serveur boff !!!
On ne nous a rien proposer en contrepartie.
Mignardises industrielles ...pas digne d'un restaurant.
Grosse déception.
Mais l'addition reste elle ....salée pour un menu à 95 €.
