A kitchen made only from seasonal products in a hotel in Orgon.

The Mas de la Rose is a prestigious hotel, a concentrate of Provence, luxurious and refined, but it is also a gastronomic table of choice, the "Potager du mas". In the kitchen, the chef cooks only with seasonal products and for good reason: he goes directly to the organic vegetable garden of the farmhouse to get his fruits and vegetables.
