URGONIA MUSEUM
Museum presenting collections of fossils and traces left by the man since 130 million years, to visit in Orgon.
This museum, which is located in a former 17th century prison, presents several collections of fossils and traces left by man over the last 130 million years. An ornithological exhibition devoted to the protected bird species of the Alpilles completes the visit. You will also find at the beginning of the museum (whose building also hosts the Tourist Office), the pedestrian path of the Stone, developed and marked. It will allow you to discover various geo-sites in their natural context (3.5 km loop). Many other activities on the site.
