In a large room, flooded with light, with a décor that oscillates between tradition and avant-gardism, Stéphane Paroche's cuisine is a perfect match. Indeed, the chef revisits traditional Provençal cuisine by adding a touch of modernity, without distorting its spirit. Local producers and products are, of course, the main focus on the menu. The dishes are original, can surprise, even disorientate, but certainly never disappoint. On the menu, you will find creations such as: pig breast, grey shrimps, broth and cebettes, or even crab in the Rove bush... and many others still quite delicious that we let you discover.
