Bistro-gastro with a unique formula in Paradou.

Vincent Quenin, the long-time waiter of this bistro-gastro, took over the establishment following the retirement of Mireille and Jean-Louis Pons. He perpetuates their formula with a unique menu (with starter, main course, cheese, dessert and wine included). On Fridays, it's aïoli, on Saturdays, local lamb. Each day, a compulsory dish: cassoulet, calf's head, farm guinea fowl on the spit... You are warned, you will not have the choice, but we can assure you that you will not be disappointed. This old building nestled under the plane trees is a real institution.

Un accueil irréprochable ! Entrées, plats, desserts de qualité avec par ailleurs une carte des vins très intéressante. Une ambiance familiale qui est très appréciable pour les clients. Toute L’equipe du restaurant a été présente et a su répondre aux différentes exigences de notre groupe. Un grand bravo pour votre professionnalisme et une mention spéciale à Alicia qui reste N1 ???? je recommande à 300%

Super mais pas le choix pour le menu, seul bémol pour moi y avaitdu lapin ce jour-là mais il était bardé du coup ne mangeant pas de porc j'ai droit à du poulet. C'est bien dommage car le lapin semblait délicieux. Un budget conséquent quand même mais on passe un très bon moment donc ça vaut le coup malgré tout.
