MOULIN DES COSTES
Built at the end of the th century on a branch of the Craponne Canal for its water supply, the mill of Des in Pélissanne was first composed of two parts: a mill for oil, another for flour. Enrolled in the inventory of historical monuments in 1992, it saw a veritable renaissance under the impetus of the Association des oléiculteurs pélissannais et environs, which streamlined management. The mill of the Costes now offers a fruity green assemblage of salonenque, aglandau and grossane answering the specifications of the AOP Aix-en-Provence (bronze medal at the Paca regional competition of 2014), a fruity black "tradition" from the same varieties and a fruity green of aglandau (monovariétale).
