DOMAINE SAINTE-PHILOMÈNE
Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the De La Antiques family welcomes you in the heart of Provence in a th century farmhouse. It thus produces the wines of Aix-en-Provence in the three colours and about 1 200 litres of stamped olive oil AOP Aix-en-Provence in green fruity. An oil from an assembly of aglandau and very aromatic salonenque that it presses at the mill of Pélissanne. As here we are only focusing on quality, the 500 olive trees are not treated: for some years, production is therefore reduced. For sale also to the cave: aromatisés vinegar, soaps of the Saint-A soap and Calignade, a wine-based aperitif and grapefruit.
