Les Michels restaurant has undergone some changes this year, starting with the presence of a new chef in the person of Jean-Baptiste Marin. In the heart of the Michels hamlet in Peynier, the dining room is bright and spacious, in a very green environment. The à l'ardoise menu offers tastefully revisited classics, beautifully presented on the plate. The highlight of 2024 is the arrival of pastry chef Mélissa de Tresse, who concocts passion fruit macaroons and pepper/raspberry éclairs to die for.
