This little store on the Quai des Sardiniers sells products from Lou Mujou, the Provençal name for the muge (or mullet). Anchoïade, monkfish liver confit, rouille, pistounade and, of course, the house emblem, poutargue, the Provencal caviar made from mullet roe... all made on site. The managers are happy to offer advice on how to prepare it. And to discover the different stages of production, the young couple open the doors of their cannery once a month, from July to September.
