Good value for money home cooking in a restaurant with tea room and ice cream parlour.

This restaurant did not always at midday. It should be said that in the sunflower area, there is a very good value for money. The hotel was very close to the beach and the city centre. That day, goûté mussels were tasted: impeccable. In addition, the service is really pleasant. Le Tournesol also makes a tea and glacier show throughout the day.

I already eaten on several occasions in this restaurant, with a little waiting and a hearty meal and good until the last week where we went to 6 with a 6 year old child, and we asked whether it was possible to make a salad served à la carte but in proportions adapted to a 6 year old child, basically a request that more ordinary seemed to us, but not, at all, we were simply responded no, it is not possible, it is to take the children's menu! We stayed speechless, and we are raised and left. I find that scandalous not to make the effort to make a special dish for a table of 6, while at the same time it was no question of price, right from wasting. Information for the average price of a dish is from £13.
Then it is true that we are in full of July and that the restaurant was full, but I of Port of Saint Louis and I brought to eat in the restaurants of my city even in low season, but I can not give the base to the sunflower and make it the advertizing it!
