Ever since Cédric Aubert opened his restaurant on Puyloubier's town square, people have flocked from far and wide if they want to eat well. The restaurant has established itself as one of the leading establishments serving simple, home-cooked cuisine using local, quality produce, with an eco-responsible approach. The South inspires the recipes, from the butcher's cut and the catch of the day to the seasonal dessert. Warmth and sunshine are the order of the day on the plate, with a generous helping of aioli. We're happy to sit on the terrace.

Nous sommes venu le 14 août midi avec de la famille nous étions 5.
Rien a dire sur le service, et les plats. En revanche nous avons pris des babas au Rhum on cherche encore le Rhum pas de goût nous l'avons dit au serveur mais aucun retour.
Je sais que les temps sont difficiles, pour tout le monde, mais vu la note que l'on a payé on aurait pu nous offrir le café ou un petit digestif. C'est les petites attentions qui font que les clients reviendrons même si la note est un peu salé.
Cuisine excellente et raffinée. Seul bémol est peut être la quantité, qui laisse place cependant à la dégustation d’un superbe dessert!

Comemos polvo (octopus). Estava tenro e crocante. O molho e os legumes deliciosos. O vinho (MIP) frutado e de enorme sabor.
Os colegas de mesa comeram mousse de chocolate e gelado. Eu tomei um café (expresso) muito bom. Tiveram a simpatia de oferecer um licor de menta.
