CHÂTEAU GASSIER
In 1982, the Gassier family, from a long line of Provencal nobility, bought the property and the 40 hectares of vines of Château Gassier. In 2004, the Gassier and Jeanjean families joined forces to run the vineyards. Today, Baron Georges Gassier represents the fifth generation of the family. In 2010, the estate began its organic conversion. Harvesting at dawn to keep a maximum of freshness, modern facilities to keep the grapes away from oxygen during pressing and preserve the aromas ... So many assets for particularly fruity and typical rosés. To discover the estate, a path leads you over 3 kilometers to the heart of the Château Gassier vineyard, lined with markers and educational panels, it's a nice walk to do with the family with a picnic basket prepared on site. During the summer season, events (open-air cinema, concerts, yoga sessions, afterwork, theater evenings...) allow you to discover the estate from a different, more festive angle.
