Located right in the center of Rognac, 100 m from the church and tucked away in a little street, this restaurant is a little nugget just the way we like it. With its pretty decor, exposed stone vaults and superb 17th-century oil mill, and well-spaced tables, you'll feel right at home enjoying Cadrieu Patrick's cuisine. Connoisseurs come from all over the region for his famous Tarte Tatin with foie gras, and the rest is well worth the detour too - see for yourself. Millefeuille of eggplant with red mullet fillet, foie gras carpaccio with sun-dried tomatoes, civet of gambas, cassolette of scallops with chanterelle mushrooms, a real fisherman's marmite, a pure delight, Rossini-style beef pavé. Excellent wine list at very low prices. For drivers with a scarlet driver's license (no one's perfect), we also tried the astonishing lavender or cornflower alcohol-free kir. And to accompany this delicious meal, there's nothing like a good water from around the world - your choice of Norway, New Zealand or Patagonia, still or sparkling.

La cuisine est une cuisine française traditionnelle. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le bœuf Rossini et les kirs aux parfums très régionaux (pain d'épice, basilic, etc.).
Attention, peu de places disponibles et pas de terrasse, mieux vaut réserver à l'avance.
