Visit this garden with Henri Grau, its owner; an agronomist by training, he knows the name of every plant, wild or otherwise. He wanted his garden to be natural. It's a corner of biodiversity that changes with the seasons. Over sixty edible species grow here: nettles, thistles, wild salsify and purslane, dahlias and marigolds. Henri doesn't sell his plants, but offers a surprise tasting of the pick of the moment after the visit.
