Created in 2001 by two winegrowing couples, this estate produces excellent wines, notably AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence.
This estate, which has a lovely Provencal name, was created in 2001 by two couples of independent winemakers, Eric and Evelyne Davin, Christiane and Laurent Bastard, sharing passion for soil, vine and wine. So far, they have brought their grapes to the cooperative winery of Rognes. The 45 hectares of their vineyard are spread over the hillsides of Rognes to altitudes of 350 metres over clay-limestone soils. They produce quality wines, especially a Cuvée Prestige Collection vinified in oak barrel for two years, which gives very powerful, very flavoured and well-structured wines. There are also Cuvée Symphonie of Naïs, in red, rosé and white and Cuvée Domaine which offers rosé that is typical of the region, aromatic, very light and fruity. Awarded in 2018, the Création de Naïs is a rosé that goes well with tapas in summer. You will also appreciate their cooked wine La Gourmandise d'Anaïs, grape juice that is wood-heated then aged in a barrel during twelve months, an ancestral and Provencal recipe which makes a sweetheart deal with the thirteen desserts at Christmas.
