Here we have been a butcher-butcher for four generations and today it is Coralie, Damien, Rachel and Nadine who have taken over. If the stars have chosen it, it is that here the quality is exceptional. So don't be surprised to make a regular tail before being served. All the best, you can look at all the preparations (lapin rabbit block, taureau, piment pepper, pork rillettes, cooked and canned flat-hand packages, carottes, piglet, ceps, ceps…) home that houses this magnificent refrigerated window.
