sake and Japanese cuisine by Jean-Sébastien Barbet in a restaurant in Saint Cannat
Jean-Sébastien Barbet went through some beautiful houses of French gastronomy before giving in to his passion, Japanese cuisine. After training with a real sushi master, he created his brand, which is already a few years old. The local clientele (and not only) is acquired. A la carte: sushi, sashimi, fish tartars... colourful pieces as gourmet as they are tasty. Also, a nice selection of Japanese beers and sake. In the summer, you can sit outside near the fountain. For orders, call early enough to pick up your tray in time for dinner. New on the menu: gyozas (Japanese ravioli).
