Colorful, flavorful dishes, a charming welcome and a contemporary setting for this Michelin-starred restaurant. All undeniable reasons to make a detour to Nicolas Bottero. His cuisine is inventive, the menu evolving with the seasons. The dining room opens onto a garden with aromatic plants and wooden huts where a few pretty laying hens frolic. Nicolas has also set up a delicatessen corner, lined with pretty jars cooked on the premises, veloutés, fruits in syrup... enough to treat yourself at home or as a gift.

Nous apprécions particulièrement la cuisine de Nicolas Bottero. Une cuisine inventive avec des produits de saisons, du goût, de la fraîcheur et des saveurs . C'est sans chichis, vrai, généreux et délicieux. L'accueil va de pair et le lieu charmant. Le chef et son équipe recyclent et nourrissent les poules avec les déchets organiques. Elles vous attendent au fond du jardin . Le menu du déjeuner est d'un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Une adresse à recommander à Saint Cannat dans les BdR.
