Varied and colourful dishes according to the seasons in a pleasant place in Saint-Chamas.
The formula of the day is a bit of a magic formula. Indeed it is always surprising, since the dishes offered depend directly on the chef's market in the morning. Colours and flavours therefore vary according to the seasons.

Le velouté excellent, les morceaux choisis d'agneau à s'en pourlecher les doigts (mais cela ne se fait pas), le risotto de fruits une tuerie.
Je vais y retourner très vite
Entrée Velouté crémeux de butternut, raviolis de foie gras et chantilly truffée : excellentissime !
Plat Noix de Saint-Jacques poêlées, salsifis dorés au sautoir, beurre blanc à la vanille : très bon mais pas assez gout de vanille selon moi.
Dessert Tarte soufflée au chocolat et olive noire : je n'ai pas vu le côté soufflé et l'olive noire aucun intérêt, presque pas de gout, déçue. Dommage de rester sur une déception a la fin.
